Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to Not Found in AI and any free preview, paid AI visibility audit, report, recommendation, or related service we provide. By using the website, submitting a URL, requesting a preview, or buying an audit, you agree to these terms.

If you use the service for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and to submit the website, business information, and related materials for analysis.

Service

Not Found in AI provides custom AI visibility previews and paid audit reports based on your website, information you provide, sampled buyer-intent prompts, publicly available sources, search results, and third-party AI assistant outputs. The report may include visibility checks, competitor mentions, sources, an AI Visibility Score, and a prioritized action plan.

You grant us permission to access and analyze public pages from the website you submit, create prompts and report content from that information, and use third-party providers as needed to deliver the service.

Purchases

The full custom audit is offered as a one-time purchase at the price shown at the time of checkout. Current landing page pricing is $79 USD for one audit unless a different price, currency, discount, or tax treatment is shown during checkout. Mandatory fees will be disclosed before payment. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless checkout says they are included.

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Do not send payment card numbers by email or through non-checkout forms. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if payment fails, the request appears fraudulent or abusive, or we cannot lawfully provide the service.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery timing may depend on the website submitted, third-party AI availability, payment confirmation, and the completeness of your onboarding information. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Because each paid audit is personalized digital work, purchases are generally final once report generation has started. If we cannot deliver the paid audit, or if a technical problem materially prevents access to the report, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either make a reasonable correction, re-run the audit, or provide a refund where appropriate.

Audit limitations

Audit results are informational snapshots. AI answers can change by prompt, model, location, language, device, account, timing, context, provider behavior, and repeated runs. We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, search placement, traffic, sales, revenue, lead volume, or permanent visibility in any AI system.

Reports are not legal, financial, tax, advertising, SEO, or business advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any recommendation. Not Found in AI is not affiliated with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Anthropic, Claude, or any other third-party AI provider unless expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting websites or materials that infringe rights, contain harmful or unlawful content, include sensitive personal information, expose confidential information you are not authorized to share, or interfere with service operations.

You may not use the service to abuse third-party platforms, reverse engineer our systems, bypass technical controls, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, or resell reports as your own without written permission.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the website, brand, software, templates, report structure, scoring approach, and other service materials. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you may use your delivered audit report internally for your own business. You retain ownership of materials you provide, and you give us the rights needed to process them and deliver the service.

Consumer and business use

The service is designed for business users. If mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm the purchase is for professional or commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free reports, or specific outcomes from using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages.

Changes and termination

We may update the website, pricing, report format, providers, or these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you purchase an audit apply to that purchase. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator location identified in the Legal Notice, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator location will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you another forum.
