Information we collect

When you request a preview, purchase an audit, or contact us, we may collect your website URL, business name, business category, location, competitors, contact details, checkout details, order history, messages, onboarding answers, and other information you provide. We may also review publicly available website content, search results, directory listings, and AI assistant outputs related to the audit.

We may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of access, and security logs. The current website does not intentionally set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will add appropriate cookie disclosures and consent controls before using them.

How we use information

We use information to provide the free preview, create buyer-intent prompts, run visibility checks, prepare and deliver paid audit reports, process purchases, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, improve our product, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
